Moleskin: Add some moleskin to the back of your heel counter to provide a little nap to reduce friction against the heel. Try looking at styles of shoes that fit the back of your heels better.  Sometimes a heel cup can help. If these measures are not sufficient, see a podiatrist.

Add heel lifts and mole skin: Adding mole skin and heel lifts can help. Also if your shoes are more than 400 miles, it's time to change them.

Read below: For blister, sterilize a needle and poke one or 2 holes to get the fluid out, try to leave the skin over the blister.  Vaseline is a very inexpensive product to put over areas that will normally get friction from exercise or overuse to an area.

i have blisters that have popped on the back of my feet on my heels.. everytime i put on shoes and socks even w bandages over my heel area, when i take my shoes off i can barely walk i'm  in so much pain and my feet are covered in blood.  ?

Podiatrist: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms appear to be a function of your shoes. It would be prudent to see a podiatrist.

Not at all: Blisters from friction will fill with a serrous fluid. Pus can form if they become infected. Smaller blisters should be left intact so as to not allow them to become infected. If they do tear open apply antibiotic ointment and a sterile bandage. If they do not resolve in a week or so be sure to see your doctor. If you do see pus, they are already infected, and you should see a doc much sooner.

Not shoe, but you: The constant is that the blisters develop on your right foot, and if this happens in any of the shoes you are wearing, then it's the way that your foot is moving.  Have your feet checked and your gait examined by a podiatrist with and without shoes.

i have a huge white water blister-thing-blister on my foot from my shoes and its about the size of a dime. i don't want to pop it though. should i leave it alone?

Let it heal on own: A blister functions like a biologic dressing, keeping out bacteria and dirt. Allow it to resolve on its own if possible. 
If it pops, keep the area clean and dressed with antibiotic ointment and a sterile bandage you change daily.
