Moleskin: Add some moleskin to the back of your heel counter to provide a little nap to reduce friction against the heel. Try looking at styles of shoes that fit the back of your heels better. Sometimes a heel cup can help. If these measures are not sufficient, see a podiatrist.

Deodorant: Blisters form from friction against the skin, but also moisture is needed. On top of changing shoes and socks, try moisture control by using spray deodorant on your feet (yes, the same armpit deodorant you buy). This may help decrease moisture and therefore decrease chance of blisters.
