O3: There are many supplements which have been touted to help increase tear production, glandular function and reduce dry eye symptoms overall. A recent study published in the journal ophthalmology demonstrated omega-3 (fish oil) supplementation has been shown to consistently help with symptoms. Other supplements may work as well, but definitive studies are pending.

Many causes: Dry eye is due to many internal and external influences:  Age, decrease estrogen, medications, dry winter heat, wind, systemic diseases-sjogrens, rheumatoid arthritis, collagen vascular disease.  Treatment includes artificial tear use, hydration, fish oil supplementation, humidification.  Medication such as restasis.

A sk dermatologist: Ask your dermatologist before you try it. In any event first apply the moisturizer and 30 minutes later apply the tazorac (tazarotene).

Oculoplastic surgeon: This sounds like an incompetent valve in the lacrimal drainage system - the plumbing that connects the tear pool in the eye with the inside of the nose.  When you increase the pressure in the nose, fluid and air can go up that tube into the eye.  Some circus acts incorporate this, blowing a colored liquid from the nose into the eye.  This could be a career but an oculoplastic surgeon deals with it

i hold a liter moisture a day, it's driving me crazy because my head/face looks swollen! is there just something able getting me rid of that..???

Retain fluids: You never just retain moisture.  It is always salt and water. So you may just be eating too much salt. This is easy to test. Do the DASH  diet for 2 weeks and will go away if due to excess diet salt.

See a dermatologist: This is not caused by shampoo a month ago. When you go, bring all soaps, shampoos. Vitamins, supplements, meds. Laundry detergent is not relavent.

i have 5 bumps on my penis, 3 of them are on shaft and 2 are at the just starting of head. they are light red in color, painless. at the beginning, it was only 1 but now they are 5. sometimes secrete moisture. std or friction blisters??

Likely STD: The cited description sounds like an early phase of a wart strain of HPV or some other STD. The bumps are easiest to treat when done so early. Thme for a doc visit.

OTC lubricants: Most dry eye can be handled with over the counter (otc) lubricating drops.  Do not use the ones that say "gets the red out" as these are drying.  Plain eye ointment at night is also helpful.  For persistent eye dryness especially if the vision is impaired, see your ophthalmologist.

Perservatives: Dry eye is most commonly treated with atds ( artificial tear drops). These can be difficult on the epithelium ( cause sloughing) when they contain preservatives and our used long term.

i  have severe chronic anxiety, sometimes when i'm very nervous i have urge to move roll eyes and blink is this a concern ?not on any medication

Not on meds?: You list medications. Did you stop taking them? You don't list therapy and for chronic severe anxiety you need to be treated. Does the eye movement reduce symptoms? If it does, that's not a bad mgmt strategy. If it doesn't, you can learn good skills in therapy. Concern is good if it guides you to improvement. Otherwise, it's not useful. You decide if you'd use it well. Best!
