Congestion, rash: Neurontin allergy, like other drug allergies, involves both systemic and local allergic reactivity.  There is nasl congestion, sinus congestion, as well as signs of rash on the trunk, neck and limbs.

Medication: I would discuss with your doctor first.  That low of a dose should typically not require a weening process, but your own doctor would know best for your situation.  I would also question if your symptoms are truly a reaction to the med after two years.

Doubt it: Nobody, as far as i know, is testing for neurontin (gabapentin), (gabapentin) and there are no test kits designed for neurontin (gabapentin).  If you are prescribed the drug, you have a right to take it. If you aren't, it is not a controlled substance.  If you are using Neurontin (gabapentin) without a prescription, you need to talk to your doctor about a prescription for it. The Klonopin and percocet, however, will likely show up.

Neurontin (gabapentin): a relatively new anticonvulsant compared to carbamazapine and phenytoin, differs from most other anticonvulsants because it has minimal drug interaction potential and is not metabolized in humans.

my son took 5 xanax bars (10mg)  and several neurontin( approx. 2000 -3000mg). hes 27 w/high tolerance to both drugs. can he overdose on this?

Overdosage : Needs to g to ER, this is clearly an over dose, especially the xanax, which moreover would interact inadvertently with the neurontin  causing CNS depression, even if he is tolerant to either drug, good luck

Anticonvulsant : Neurontin ( gabapentin)  is in the class of anticonvulsants.  I am not aware that it will cause a + drug screen.   It does bind to the GABA receptor which is the same receptor a lot of sedatives affect.  
If you are getting +tests for something have the lab ck the calibration of their equipment.

Depends: Always tell your provider ALL medications that you're taking when providing urine drug samples. Different tests can pick up different meds/drugs so it's important to have everything listed so your results can be adequately interpreted. Provided they are prescribed for you, they should be ok to be in your urine
