All the best:: Lots of steps ahead.  You are best advised to get pre-med courses in college, and spend 3-4 yrs in that pursuit, and then attend medical school, a 4 year commitment. If your focus is aimed toward a sub-specialty area, there may be an additional year of fellowship.
