Avoid use: Horsetail herb should be avoided while breastfeeding. Also many antibiotics are safe to use while breastfeeding. Followup with your doctor if your UTI symptoms persist.

Never had success: I've used nettle root in several patients in an effort to increase free testosterone.  The supplement has never worked in my experience.  It did not lower SHBG.

Probably not: Probably not the cause of your mental condition. OK to use at same time as topical minoxidil. Known as a TNF inhibitor and used for prostate enlargement, though the real world effects are mostly placebo. Save your money and discard the nettle root. See a physician for your mental changes. Do you sleep well? Are you depressed? Are you worried?

I do not know what is "nettle root tea" I doubt there is any scientific basis for your question.
Thinning of hair is genetic.If your father has thin hair,you may likely inherit  that trait.At times some medication cause it specially anti-cancer drugs

Nettles: Wash the skin with soap & water. Make a paste of baking soda and water (sticky consistency) and spread over the affected area. In a pinch you can spit on the affected area because saliva can neutralize the chemical irritants. In the woods – apply mud to the area.  Curly dock can also be rubbed on the area.
