i have a nettle rash for 2 days now. i've been taking virlix (cetirizine)  like my previous allergies but this time, it seems not to work. help!?

Rash: If the rash is not getting better with usual medications that you use than it may be a different kind of rash or it may require different medication. For some types of urticaria that is very itchy and does not get better with antihistamines like Cetirizine it may require PO steroids. Some urticarial  rash is secondary to viral or other infections and need to be managed differently. Need to see pcp.

Sure.: People have contact allergies to just about anything, including water and sunlight. Don't forget, though, that you can also be allergic to things that have been sprayed on strawberry leaves, such as pesticides and fertilizers. It might not be the leaves themselves.

do i have a latex allergy or glue allergy if tape leaves a rash on me?

Not necessarily: You could be allergic to the adhesive in the tape, or the tape fabric itself, or something else. The only way to know for sure is to see a dermatologist or allergist for patch testing.

benadryl (diphenhydramine) is the only thing that helps my allergies at night. one tablet leaves me severely groggy in the morning though. but, is it safe?

Safe until AM: In the morning you must be careful if you have to drive anywhere. People on Benadryl (diphenhydramine) don't drive much better than people with a hangover or a mildly intoxicated state. Leave plenty of room between you and the car ahead of you and don't drive over the speed limit. Be safe.

does drinking tea and allergies have anything in common? i drinks lots of tea and have allergies but the tea i drink leaves my mouth dry.

Tea and allergies: There no relation between drinking tea and developing or having allergies. Tea will make your mouth dry from caffeine in it.

Avoid use: Horsetail herb should be avoided while breastfeeding. Also many antibiotics are safe to use while breastfeeding. Followup with your doctor if your UTI symptoms persist.

Yes safe, but: what are we treating? is it contact allergy, then antihistamines won't help much, or is it a generalized reaction not related to a contactant? at any rate, follow the dermatologist advice until you see an allergist, good luck

Don't eat: If you are allergic to sea weed the best treatment is to avoid it.  Don't ingest it or if it is a contact allergy try to avoid touching sea weed.  If you want or can;t avoid it then see an Allergist to see what they recommend.

Include Following: If you are referring to Keppra (levetiracetam) contraindications/cautions include if pregnant, if kidney (renal) impairment, or if psychiatric disorder. Avoid abruptly withdrawaling this medication.
