Hmmm...: There's really no way to bandage your foot specifically FOR nerve damage.  If you have a sore on your foot then you want to wrap the foot carefully, not too tight and change it twice a day.  You may need to avoid bandaids if your skin is fragile or you have allergies to bandaids.

Contact doctor: Back injections can temporarily  help some conditions, but may make others transiently worse.  Since I know little about your particulars, propose contacting the injecting doctor.  Two possibilities: your back problem is getting worse, or shot caused some local inflammation, radiating to foot.  Yet, cannot exclude local foot problem, so, get examined.

Neuropathy: You have a neuropathy . The question is why. You should ask your physician to consider a neurology evaluation. You also need a full medical evaluation to see if you have other medical condition. Your back may well be involved and that has to be integrated into your evaluation

May not work: You need to have your foot re-evaluated by another foot specialist. It's best to know what caused the nerve damage to that area of your foot first, prior to treatment. This may be simply from bad foot mechanics or shoes.

Several things...: Tarsal tunnel syndrome can be treated conservatively with injections around the problem area, physical therapy to strengthen and improve the function of the ankle, and splinting to hold the ankle off the nerve that is getting pinched. If these things do no work quickly, though, an orthopedic surgeon may need to do surgery to relieve the compression on the nerve.

May or may not: It all depends on the reversibility of the damage. If the damage is not permanent, it may get better, but if it is, it won't, but it is still worth trying to get it under control, so it won't get worse.

Complex: Peroneal nerve damage in the leg can occur after surgery, particularly in cases using stirrups. This should not however have anything to do with infections in your foot. The nerve injury is also hard to diagnose, and even it is is injured, it is usually temporary. May take several months to get better. I would see your surgeon for a more complete evaluation.
