Legs/arms falling: Asleep are from pressure on nerves or decreased blood flow, in that order. Numbness and tingling from nerve pressure is common during sleep when we don't move much.  The numbness etc is temporary malfunction of the sensory part of the nerve. Temporary floppieness is a malfunction of the signals sent from the spine to the muscles.  As long as its temporary, it's normal.

Loss of sensation: I'm assuming you are referring to peripheral nerve degeneration, which typically affects the longest nerves (toes and feet followed by fingers and hands).  Loss of sensation predisposes to skin trauma and ulcers as well as joint changes.  Loss of strength typically occurs later in the course.

Nerve diseases: Which disease you have on mind? Just don't get old! i guess the disease that comes to my mind is B12 deficiency which may be treated. It causes anemia, peripheral neuropathy and dementia. Check your levels during your yearly physical exam or if you have symptoms suggestive of the above. Other neurological conditions cannot be prevented.

Or Muscle: A twitch or a "tic" usually is irritability of the small nerve fiber supplying a particular muscle or part of a muscle.  These things are just a bother for the most part.

Neuropathy: The condition peripheral neuropathy affects the nerves that travel away from the spine out to the limbs (ie. The periphery). This is a diffuse process and usually the cause is a systemic issue as it is distributed throughout the body. Some of the common causes of peripheral neuropathy include diabetes mellitus, autoimmune disease, drugs.

NOT REALLY: I do not believe that tetanus shots provide any significant nerve damage risk to otherwise healthy pts, and there is NO evidence, or relationship to worsening of chronic demyelinating polyneuritis, after a tetanus injection.  Do not worry, but do get treatment for this by regular IVIG infusions.

Blepharospasm: Calls the eye twitch which can affect the ret of cn nerve vii, facial nerve function.  It is likely functional (not serious) ask your family doc, ? Neurologist, ? Plastic surg/dermatologist...Some use Botox to treat: annoyance v cost.
