4 persistent fissure: Could U be referring to fissures, fistula, abscess? Sexually transmitted disease (syphilis, gc, hiv, etc.) should be considered. Hemorrhoids &amp; rectal prolapse can appear as an outward bulging. Anal trauma may cause mechanical injury. Skin eruptions need to be considered. Once diagnosis confirmed, chronic/recurring fissures may respond to prescription nitrate or diltiazem topicals. Surgery 4 some.

See your doctor: I normally prescribe a  topical steroid. Try Anusol if available over the counter or tucks (witch hazel) medicated pads. If no better a consult with your doctor to examine the area is recommended

Yes, find out why: Recurring vulvar fissures need to be addressed as to why they keep making "guest" appearances, Neosporin notwithstanding. The first thought is to make sure that your vulva hygiene is appropriately done especially during periods. The use of mini pads for interminable hours is a prime culprit as well as harsh applied soaps that cause vulvar drying and cracking. See a GYN MD if this persists.

Traumati Abrasions: As you described these cuts or abrasions are caused by you scraching and rubbing the area and it is healing, so there should be no problem.
To prevent it from happening again be careful and do not scratch the area any more.

Not the same: You heard wrong. Mupirocin and neosporin both are antibiotic ointments, but different antibiotics. If your doctor prescribed mupirocin, you should not substitute neosporin unless your doctor recommends it. If the "hole" persists after treatment, you might need further evaluation. For example, ask your doctor whether you might have a pilonidal sinus.

Be careful: Neosporin is probably okay for this, but I would add soaking in warm water with epsom salts and increasing your fluid and fiber intake.

I don't have to tell you to practice safe sex and use adequate lubrication in the future, but I will anyway. Please take care of yourself. Those tears increase your risk of sexually transmitted disease.

every now and then i get paper cut like tears between my vagina and anus. can i use neosporin to help heal it? it gets itchy but usually it's at night

Skin care: Sure you can use neosporin. You should get a full exam and rule out STDs but if itchy you may have some pruritis caused by soap/cleaning or allergic reaction. Try some Xyzal and 1%hydrocortisone to the area in combo with bacitracin and see MD if no improvement.  Check urine preg first.
