Htn with sleep apnea: Most of my patient who have sleep apnea respond to CPAP and lower the bp--but if long standing disorder set your adrenergic tone on high, you may not get that response--in general hypertension get easier managed the longer you use the machine, unless there is other hypertension genes or renal causes  among other seconday causes of htn.

is there anything that can re-grow any epidermis or dermis skin that is ripped out. can any pad wound care negative pressure wound therapy regrow any ripped skin? it is urgent. thank you?

: Smaller areas of dermal skin loss can self repair gradually from the outside in. Large area of dermal loss often require a skin graft from other body sites to achieve adequate repair.

what are the possible negative outcomes for emergency iv fluid treatment for a patient with low blood pressure who also has end stage renal disease?

Fluid overload: Too aggressive IV fluids in a pt with esrd can cause fluid overload and bring to pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure, etc, which can be letal. That is why one has to use extra caution managing low blood pressure with fluids.

: Would you be referring to a dissection of the thoracic aorta? If so it has to be monitored &amp; followed closely by a thoracic surgeon during conservative treatment such as blood pressure control &amp; reduction of the force of heart muscle contractions with beta blockers. I am under the impression that the Canadian health coverage of medical treatment , including all testing, is free.

Light source: Get a light that emits frequencies mimicing sunlight as closely as possible. Make sure it's easy to use under a range of circumstances. If too large, heavy or awkward then a tendency to not use it defeats its purpose. Some run on rechargeable batteries and are quite portable and easy to use. Led lights work well even though they are not totally sunlight similar.

Perhaps you can: If you have good hand and arm strength you could hang from a pull-up bar and let the weight of your trunk and legs put traction on your low back, which may feel good. If you try this, be careful getting up and down, and be careful not to fall. The bar would be equipment. There may be a beam or bar that is part of your living unit, but you need to be sure it will support your total body weight.
