Unlikely: The blood test is of secondary importance. It depends on what test you had, for instance the immunoglobulin a antibody to tissue transglutaminase may be negative if one already avoids eating gluten. Also, it is not very sensitive. The definitive test is the biopsy (not the gene, which does only show the likelihood of developing the disease. You probably have celiac disease.

Depends: Dq2 could indicate gluten sensitivity.
Markers associated with celiac are hla dq Alpha 0501, hla dq beta 0201 or 0302.

Celaic diease: What tests?. If the celiac panel is negative including the latest addition and the biopsy is negative then you should for a allergy to wheat or other grains.

Yes: Celiac disease is an IgA (antibody) mediated disease that can be tested through blood work. But a definitive diagnosis is best obtained through a biopsy sample taken during an endoscopic GI procedure. Hope this helps.

Depends.: It is possible.  Depends upon what blood testing was done.   Usually need to have a TTG and total IgA done.  Further testing maybe necessary if total IgA is low.  Sometimes bloodwork can be negative and a small bowel biopsy is necessary.  All depends upon how severe your symptoms are.

Depends: It depends on your symptoms.  Also, blood tests can be negative at some times and later can be positive.  Depending on how severe your symptoms are, you can always see a gastroenterologist so they can get a full history, review your lab tests and see if they can help you with a diagnosis of celiac disease or something else that explains your symptoms.

is it possible to have an allergy to gluten without having celiac disease? my cd test came back negative

Wheat allergy: It is possible to make allergic antibodies (ige) to wheat and gliadin. This would be called wheat allergy and not celiac disease (cd). Blood testing (rast) can diagnosing this problem. These is no accurate blood test for cd however, persons that show the presence of certain igg and IgA antibodies against deaminated gliadin or tissue transglutaminase are more likely to have cd.

Celiac disease: HLA-DQ2 and DQ8 are markers to help in diagnosing celiac disease not colitis. Discuss your results with a GI doctor or your PCP.

Ankylosing Spondylit: It is possible to have as and have a negative hla b27.  Your symptoms, other labs, imaging studies and response to treatment are much more important than the hla b 27 test.

my endoscopy biopsy looked exactly like something caused by celiac disease but my blood test came back negative, what else could it be?

Biopsy definitive.: In regards to celiac disease, the biopsy is more diagnostically reliable than the blood test, so if the blood test showed typical evidence of celiac disease, I'd believe it.
