Hard to say: What the issues were in your recent visits &amp; what if any testing was done may or may not have fulfilled the monitoring needs that doctor uses to continue prescribing any medication. I would contact the office staff and ask.

Your doctor: Take pills the way they are recommended. The only way to change the prescription or be able to take more would be with your physician's permission. Call the office and inform them. Were you taken the pill twice a day by mistake or because you found out it was helping and you needed it twice a day? Being sincere will only help you.

ICD-10 code: Doctor's have to come up with codes for billing purposes - especially when we order tests. This system is called ICD-10. It is the 10th generation of the International Classification of Diseases if you really want to know. "Dx" stands for 'diagnosis', and Z12.31 is a breast cancer screening code for the mammogram. I'd ask the doctor more questions if you're still not sure.

Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen): Both drugs have analgesic effect.  Much will depend on the condition you are taking them for and in what doses.  Consultation with the prescribing physician is always recommended.

for the past 2 weeks my poop has a bit of blood in it , at first it was my anus felt like it was getting smaller and it was hard to poop now the blood. i thought it will pass, but i feel something is wrong and its a bit embarrassing to visit a doctor?

Although it is: embarrassing for you it will not be embarrassing for the doctor. His/her desire is to detect and treat disease. Your symptoms are very worrisome and you would much rather find out what is going on now while something can be done than later when you may not have any options for treatment and a shortened life expectancy. Go to the doctor ASAP.
