Flu. Cold. Sinuses.: All of the above symptoms accompany the common cold or influenza.  While it could be other things, if the symptoms don't start to improve with a couple of days on their own, u should go see your md.  If things keep getting worse and worse, then go see md.

Menopausal symptoms: These are not uncommon symptoms with women who have severe hot flashes with their menopause. The freezing is somewhat unusual unless you are sweating through your bed clothes and the wetness of them is making you cold.

See doc: see Primary care doc. Autoimmune disorders always come to mind, but chronic infection, Inflammatory bowel disease also. ANA, ANCA, Sed Rate, Lipase, Amylase, LFT's, TSH, Stool cultures, Chest X-ray And even a CT can of abdomen, EGD/colonoscopy  should all be considered depending on initial tests/physical exam. lump u describe likely a lipoma-that can be confirmed with US and/or Physical exam.

Evaluation: Other condition like autoimmune disease- including autoimmune thyroiditis, lupus ; or infection like lyme's etc- should be considered, besides malignancy. What kinds of blood works have you done? How much weight did you lose? See a hematologist/oncologist  if you are concern. We'll see what work- up you did and whether it is enough to say that the blood is clean. What is your tsh? Anti tpo ab? Etc.
