Some causes: There are some causes that can be associated with the neck pain and dizziness, This could be an extra rib (supernumerary rib) . Have you had an xray done for that? 
Other than that, it can be from a circulation problem going to the back of your head. Does it happen when y ou move your neck?

Occipital neuralgia: (ON) involves the greater and lesser occipital nerves located in the back of the scalp and can produce neck pain as well as headache. The most common symptom is suboccipital pain radiating to the back of the head and occasionally down the back of the neck. This is treatable condition. Rec. see orofacial pain or pain management specialist.

i am taking quadtab for two wks now. is it to blame for the pain at the back of my eyes, dizziness, neck and shoulder pain and headache?

May be side fx: Joint pain and visual changes have been reported with this combination of medicines, it is a good idea to report them to your medicine prescriber.  These symptoms may also be unrelated to this medicine, but it is hard to know the answer.

Probably not related: There is a rare condition called "the subclavian steal syndrome" that causes dizziness when you raise and use your left arm.  It can be ruled out on physical exam in the office. Have your doctor check you. Otherwise, the two symptoms are probably not related.

i've been having this pain in the back of my head closer to my neck,  it causes a headache, some dizziness and today it made my left arm/shoulder pain?

Could be a: simple trapezius muscle spasm from over stretching or a problem with the disks or joints in the neck. You're 28, the trapezius spasm/strain is more likely. Try cold packs to sore areas and after looking at an image of it online look for ways to avoid chronic strain during hunching while sitting near computer/reading/sleeping. If the pain doesn't go away in a few days, see your doctor.

Many things: Left sided neck and shoulder pain could be from a cervical disk herniation or neck strain.  Many things can cause the other symptoms.  It would be best to see a medical specialist for a full exam.  Good luck.

YouGotYourHeartInIt: Glad I saw this.It worries me a little.Of course,any doctor would need to know more but,a lot of other possibilities aside for now,at your age it could be related to your heart.A rather rare form of angina.I'd expect you'd get those symptoms after exertion too but everybody is unique.Best to get the heart issue settled ASAP. I'd also consider what I've been eating and how much. Lighten-up for now.

last fri had an emergency csection with epidural. next day i had throbbing thigh pain. i have cold headaches with white flashes, dizziness, stiff neck n upper left back n shoulder pain. is this cause of the epidural or was there spinal fluid leakage?

Pain: for meningitis, you need to have stiff neck, fever, vomiting and have headaches. If your chin can touch your chest, this is not meningitis. You could be having muscle aches and stiffness

Take to ER: To make sure no associated injuries , cause of dizziness  may need MRI of shoulder to asses the extent of injury to shoulder
