DISH: Exaggerated bone spurs on the front of the spine may do this. Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis, if you're a googler. Unlikely if you're 35. I would treat these as two separate problems. See an ENT for swallowing issue. Try pt, nsaids, etc for neck. Obtain doctor's eval if not improving.

Not likely: Unless you are calling sore throat from laryngitis or pharyngitis which could possibly be allergic, pain in the back of neck does not happen from allergies.

See a physician: This may be something as simple as a rib that is out place, but with a sharp pain during swallowing, i would recommend seeing a physician and having an examination, possibly imaging to make sure something more serious is not occurring. If everything bad is ruled out, then consider manipulation and physical therapy. Again, i would first recommend evaluation by a physician.

Definitely: These symptoms worsening and for this long need to be seen by a physician and if this is really bad you might consider going into the er.

Chicken bone: The bone may be obstructing his airway. Take him to the er where hopefully they may be able to take it out with a bronchoscope.

Many strap muscles: First, if this has been going on for a while, it needs to be looked at by your doctor. 
Do a google search of neck muscle anatomy (look for photos) and try to figure out which of the strap muscles is in the location of your pain. There are several layers of muscles so you may need to study a few different diagrams. See if palpating and stretching a specific muscle helps or aggravates your pain.

Dysphagia : There are many potential causes of dysphagia, or trouble swallowing. Some of them have to do with the esophagus, and others are neurologic in nature. Because your symptoms are so prominent, you should see a gastroenterologist promptly. Good luck.

Seek medical care: While symptoms of loss of voice, neck pain, difficulty swallowing can be from a viral infection such as laryngitis, these symptoms could also be from a bacterial infection such as pharyngitis or epiglottis, which can be an emergency. Don't delay getting a physician to examine someone having such symptoms.
