Take ibuprofen: I would take some ibuprofen for the symptoms and then be checked by your doctor or an urgent care.  Those can be symptoms early on in a strep infection or a viral infection.

Seems..: This could be related to a viral syndrome, however, if symptoms are severe or persist for a week then it is time to be seen. In the meantime make sure you stay hydrated(drink plenty of fluids), rest and may use OTC Imodium (loperamide) for diarrhea. If you feel very sick please go to the ED now.

If your daughter has: A stiff neck & is truly lethargic (not just listless), is not taking fluids well & has  fever & chills, by all means go to a pediatric er ( not a quick-care clinic) now, as these may be signs & symptoms of meningitis.

Is this a quiz?: No one can be sure about a Dx from your info. You knew that, right? 
Fever (high or moderate?) usually means an infection or inflammatory process. The chills argue for infection. The neck pain may not be connected at all (or may be) Go see a Dr for an exam - maybe lab work. Feel better soon! Best wishes.

Not recommended: You are experiencing "Discontinuation Syndrome." No medication should be stopped abruptly without a physician's order and monitoring. The obvious answer at this point is to discuss this with your prescribing physician. Take care.

No: The signs of meningitis are severe head ache, stiff neck, fever and in bacterial meningitis altered mentation and some times seizures.  Your symptoms don't sound like meningitis.  If you have a fever with your "chills" get checked out by a doctor for other infections.

Tough to tell: Fever? Distribution of pain. Suggest you seek counsel from your pcp asap. Sounds like a viral illness, but positional change issues could be deeper into the inner ear.
