Mass: If this is a new swelling, I would be concerned for an infection.  Other possibilities would be bony mass or possible dislocation of clavicle and sternum.

Pulmonologist: I feel that you may have sarcoidosis and should be evaluated by a pulmonologist so that an accurate diagnosis will be made  through appropriate testing and proper treatment will be obtained.

CP: Not much information.  Right sided neck pain and chest pain appears more like a musculoskeletal pain. However go to your local doctor get checked.

Possible: There is no easy answer because several things can cause chest pain. The organs in the chest are very close to one another and share the same nerve connections that carry pain stimuli.

Muscle: My first  choice is  muscle  but you need a full evaluation to make the diagnosis. There can be other causes of this like  disc, joint. You need to see your physician.

Rest: At 19 years old, this is probably muscular.  I would try rest, heat, massage, anti inflammatories.   If symptoms continue, try to find factors that make it better and worse and see your doctor.

Evaluation: You should see your doctor to be evaluated and have chest X ray and EKG to find the cause and to be treated.

See PCP: Sounds like facet disease.  See your pcp.  An x-ray is a good start.

i have had firm nodes on left neck side, left supraclavicular nodes for 6-8wks.  have grown 1-3cm, & faster over the last 2-3wks. some joined. not sick in 1yr. chest pain, tired, lost 2kg in jan, now 76kg. 99% sure it is nothing; but what is it?

Get evaluated: I would not assume it is nothing. Enlarging supraclavicular nodes in a 19 yo with weight loss may be the 1st sign of a lymphatic cancer. If so survival is not only possible but most likely if it is found &amp; treated early.
