Depends: Each modality treats something different. The ipl will treat more of the red spots as well as some of the brown marks. Fraxel will also treat the brown marks in addition to the wrinkles. You have to decide which was you would like corrected more.

Chest wrinkles: Avoid sun. Use sunscreen, retinoid creams may help.Laser treatments are most effective in my opinion.

Systemic Rx: Usually acne on the chest requires a systemic antibiotic for at least a time. Anything less will disappoint you. Please get with a competent physician.

Doctor can evaluate: A person with aches around the right chest, shoulder, and neck, can see her primary care doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from neck and shoulder muscles, the ribs and their joints, the lungs inside the chest, the nerves coming out of the spinal cord, etc... If one feels her pain is coming from the heart, has a tight chest pain, or has past heart disease, she should be seen in the E.R.

yes: Relatively rarely, a lower cervical radiculopathy can present with chest pain. Obviously, one would want to do a thorough workup of the much more common and worrisome cardiopulmonary causes of chest pain first. I do have a few patients that have had multiple cardiac workups that were negative and only got relief after neck surgery.

It requires medcheck: Flushing of the face and chest occurs in a condition called carcinoid syndrome. But it is usually accompanied by frequent Diarrhea. How are your bowel movements?. if you are having any other symptoms besides redness you should go see your doctor for his/her assessment and physical examination and check your liver.
