Tinnitus.: To really know that tinnitus is not caused by some intrinsic issue, we would require an ENT evaluation, hearing test and possibly an MRI of the brain with attention to the internal auditory canals.

You are on maximum: treatment!!!!  It sounds like you may have "asthmatic bronchitis" a nasty, prolonged condition which is very difficult to treat. BE PATIENT and take the prescribed medications religiously!!! If this persists beyond two weeks you should see a Pulmonologist for a workup  which may involve Pulmonary Function testing and a Chest X ray!

Too many: You are taking so many drugs that it is difficult to tell whether drug interaction may occur. Even if you run a profile in Epocrates , it is impossible to tell whether a combination with another drug may lead to interaction. Thus you will require close monitoring by your doctor and be on the lookout for any adverse effects.

Possibly amox: Amoxicillin not commonly causes a skin rash but i cannot tell whether your rash started before or after you started taking amoxicillin. Strep infection may rarely cause a rash as well.  Yes, do call your doctor.

hives for 4 days i hve perscribed meds hydroxyzine 25mg, diphenhydramine 25 mg, ranitidine hydrochloride 150 mg & cetirizine  10mg .. wat should i use?

That's a lot: Cetirizine taken every day helps reduce frequency/severity of hives outbreaks.  Hydroxyzine reduces itching immediately but also is potently sedating so is best used at bedtime only when needed. Diphenhydramine is similar to hydroxyzine but less effective (also less sedating) and can be used for as-needed daytime use. Ranitidine may complement cetirizine for some people with very severe symptoms.
