i need to consult wrt my blur left eye vision worsening.  i have a far and near sight condition, whereby 1 eye is nearsighted and the other farsighted.  i've had a lens replacement in may 2017 on my right eye, but now my left eye's vision is worsen?

Vision: I am sorry but we can't write that consult. Have you consulted with the ophthalmologist  who did your catarct surgery?  Recommend doing so.

i just had my tonsils and adenoids removed it's been about 3-4 weeks and now i have a small yellow growth near the surgical sight what could this be?

I think: you may be noticing a SUTURE (STITCH) which will dissolve with time!  If no other symptoms ignore it! If it does not get smaller in a few weeks..get the area inspected by your PCP (Primary Care Provider)

Possible : If someone has cataract or very near or far sighted then after cataract surgery with multifocal lens implant.  It will help to correct both distance and near.

i have very mild yet annoying floaters in my right eye. i have a freckle behind my right eye. eye sight is near perfect with extremely mild astigmatism in my right eye. would this all be related?

: Probably they are not related. The "freckle" is usually a choroidal nevus under the retina and almost never affects the vision. It is similar to a mole on your skin and almost never amounts to anything, though it should be checked periodically. The astigmatism simply has to do with the shape of the eye. The floaters should be checked if they are new, but usually they slowly improve with time.

Contacts, LASIK: I am guessing that you are seeking a non-mechanical, non-surgical means.  "natural" remedies and exercises do not alter the basic structure of the eye and so do not work to change vision.  You will have to seek the usual remedies, generally highly effective, from your ophthalmologist.

Cutting: I don't know the specific reasons that you cut.  Someone who feels empty inside may cut to feel "something". Someone who is hurting emotionally may cut so that the physical pain will distract them. Some cut to punish themselves. One may cut in the belief that they will let out negativity or evil. Regardless of why you use cutting to cope it is unhealthy. Please obtain psychological help now.
