No and No : Nope, I have not tried them, and no, to reiterate Dr Rhoades assessment there are no randomized trials to support.  If you want to eliminate the frown lines, save up your $$$ for botox.  Find a board certified facial plastics trained surgeon for best results and minimal chances of a side effect.

Simple.: Eat meat, fish, poultry, eggs, etc.  Not found in vegetation! or take it in a daily vitamin!

Pressure: If you tried all the usual home remedies, then it may be time to consider getting a consult with a sub specialist like and ENT doctor. Some patients have narrow Eustachian tubes that are also at shallow angles, which can cause the congested feeling you are describing. Hope this helps

Constipation: Constipation can be dealt with several ways. The first thing to do is to drink plenty of water, get some exercise, move around. Buy some over the counter stool softener and use this as an opportunity to examine your diet. Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? Pain or blood in your bowel movements? Persistent constipation despite exercise/stool softener?

Contacts: I am sure the industry advanced over past 10 years. Now there are ultra soft contacts that u can use for up to a month. Consult an optometrist.

Absolutely: Do not leave persistent blood pressure elevations like this untreated.  The earlier it is addressed, the better the outcome.  See your primary care doctor ASAP.

Cold: A cold flu symptoms greater than about 5 days is concerning. It's possible that this may be a lingering bacterial infection and needs to be treated with oral antibiotic. Get checked out by your primary Doctor.
