Symptom relief: Whether Covid or not, treatment is the same. Self isolate so you don't infect others, drink lots of fluids and electrolyte solutions (gatorade/pedialyte) and get lots of rest. Watch for difficulty breathing, persistent chest pain, low oxygen/blue lips and new onset confusion.

Weak, nausiated: Many possibilities.  Any possibility you are pregnant? If so do pregnancy test.  You may have an infection or gastric problem e.g. Ulcer.  You should check with your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Nausea: Is there a possibility of pregnancy? Other possibilities include gastric disorders like gastritis or peptic ulcer,, inner ear disorder,anemia,iron deficiency,underactive thyroid, low blood pressure. Your physician will order the appropriate tests if symptoms persist.

Hmmmmmm: I'm assuming that the Ativan and Lexapro (escitalopram) is  prescribed for anxiety and /or depression. Assuming the light headed Ness and naseau predates the initiation of the medications, it will improve if the diagnosis is accurare. However, it generally takes 4 to 6 weeks for Lexapro (escitalopram) to diminish anxiety. You do not want to remain on Ativan for too long of a period.

Weird eating pattern: Start by visiting your doc.  You MAY have a GI issue, blood sugar problem, or something else.  What and when we eat can make a world of difference.  Your doc may refer you to a nutritionist for guidance.  Peace and good health.

Too long : 5 days is too long after a single dose of Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Medication is out of your body by now. Wait for another 5 days and if symptoms persist, see your doctor
