Above numbers in ER?: ....Or are these the most recent numbers you've gotten on a home BP machine? Clearly, BP &amp; HR are in urgent need of attention if they are accurate.  Have you taken your BP and pulse in the lying position after resting for a few minutes? EKG does not show A-fib. If your numbers are from like right now and you've got a fever and are passing out then, you've got to return to the ER for a revision

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. : Some systemic diseases affect both systems, pulmonary and urinary, at the same time. Those diseases are not caused by infection so negative UTI by dipstick urine test is not a surprised. Your chest pain is probably due to lung problem, not the heart. You should go to ER or at least urgent care. You need blood tests, a formal urinalysis and CXR. Problem needs to be diagnosed and treated urgently.

Flu: Those are not specific symptoms. Flu is a viral lung infection so unlikely you have influenza. You could have a GI virus but again the symptoms aren't deficit.

No: What you are feeling is  most likely  an exaggerated vagal response.  You colon moving gas and stimulation of your vagal system can result in the sensation of nausea.

Gas and nausea: Anything can fit this presentation from a stomach ulcer to indigestion, food allergies, functional dyspepsia, etc. More information is needed to further limit the choices.

Nonspecific: At this time these symptoms are nonspecific. They could be due to an early intestinal virus or simple indigestion. Try resting,eating a light,bland diet or saltine crackers and drink flat ginger ale. If diarrhea follows a GI virus is most likely and will run its course in a few days. See your Physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
