Most definitely: Anemia could either be from blood loss or lack of production of red blood cells. It is advisable to consult with your doctor as soon as possible.

Need to examine: Your symptoms could be due to many causes, including anemia, dehydration, poor nutrition or a systemic illness. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.

Get it: checked out! The pale stools may be due to decreased bile which could be associated with the mild liver obstruction in early Hepatitis...A simple blood test will answer this question.....just a thought  .

Morning Headache: Morning Headache, when not self induced by alcohol the night before, is of concern. It's not "Normal" to have Morning Headache. I would suggest an evaluation and possible CT of your head if symptoms and signs are concerning to your physician.

Seek help now v: It sounds like you are bleeding internally,  probably in your GI tract somewhere. You need to seek medical help asap. This condition could be very very dangerous.

: Early morning nausea, weakness and dizziness can indicate pregnancy, but it can also indicate a problem with your blood pressure. Some persons with low blood pressure find that this sensation/symptoms occur on sitting up or standing up suddenly. It is important to talk to your Dr for a full check up to rule out heart problems, hypoglycemia and other causes.

Anemia: Definitely your diet is low in iron and definitely should be reinforced.  The usual dose is 325 MG per day but there is nothing wrong with tripling that for now until you have the levels restored. There are also other remedies but this is one of the safest routes to go. I definitely hope that it solves the problem.
