nause for months: Many possible causes.  One common cause is pre menopausal hormone changes, or medication reactions.  Make sure you are not being exposed to chemicals or pesticides etc.

Ruq pain: These symptoms are suggestive of gall bladder dysfunction. If an ultrasound doesn't show gall stones, there may be sludge in the gall bladder causing symptoms. The duct is not obstructed. If symptoms persist,I would have an evaluation by an abdominal surgeon.

Biliary system?: That elevated bilirubin level may suggest something is going on within your biliary system - liver, gallbladder, pancreas or the ducts that connect them all.  An ultrasound of that area followed perhaps by an MRCP, along with more detailed blood testing, may be in order.

May be different: 3 months after removal of your gallbladder, your symptoms may be due to something else.  See your doctor for a complete re-evaluation which may include additional tests such as labs, ultrasound and/or CT scan, or referral to a gastroenterologist.

See an MD: There are many reasons you could be having chronic nausea.  An ulcer could be the cause but given the duration of the problem you should be evaluated by a physician to determine the cause of the nausea.

? various causes: Persistent nausea could be as a result of various gastrointestinal issues with the most likely one being the gall bladder. Others include reflux disease, appendicitis, an ulcer. any vomiting or fever? It will be a good idea to see a doctor as soon as possible since it has persisted for about 3months. Stay healthy.
