No emergency: If you missed your period by 4-5 days, you may do a home pregnancy test. For metallic taste, try giving more attention to your oral hygiene, may be change your toothpaste, brush and floss regularly, if that does not help, you may wish to see a dentist.

GERD or more?: Your nausea may have little to do with the GI tract & therefore may not respond to vomiting. Biliary & pancreatic disease may be present. Gas/bloat syndrome? Consider "central" causes like: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), food poisoning, medication side effects, pregnancy, & even stress. See your doctor.

Dysgeusia: is a change in your sense of taste due to a variety of causes; from anxiety to dental problems. Dysgeusia is not very common. Fortunately, many of the causes are temporary and not life-threatening, but the disorder does affect your quality of life. See your PCP for neurological exam and evaluation.

You are not pregnant: Having a period on time after a sexual encounter represents the very definition of not being pregnant. If you have any doubt then do a pregnancy test. One no longer in this society relies of ambiguous symptoms of hormonal fluctuation to determine pregnancy.

Do a test!: None of but may not - things are likely to be early pregnancy signs but the real way to find out is a test.  PMS differs for people and may include some but do a test if you think it's possible. Use protection if you don't wish to be pregnant. Be well - be careful!
