It depends,,: This appears to be a vitamin supplement drink with biotin in it for hair and nails.  It does come with warnings, so if you pay attention to them it may be OK but if you have any adverse reactions you should stop and you should not have too much alcohol in any case. Yes: Natures Bounty hair skin and nails is a multivitamin supplement. It is safe during breastfeeding only if you take the regular dosage daily. An overdose of vitamins A, D, E, or K can cause serious or life-threatening side effects both to you or to your baby. do not take more than one pill daily in a 24 hour period.

Could be anything: One could be allergic to anything. This product contains more than just biotin and hyaluronic acid. You could also be sensitive to inert/filler ingredients. And it's possible you have a concidental skin problem unrelated to this product. Stop taking it, and see if your skin condition resolves. Then try again, see if it comes back. But if it's true allergy, you might have worse than just a rash!

As with any: supplement there are always listed side effects. Read the label and make sure its the right supplement for you. I recommend supplements in my office every day so perhaps see a nutritionist or a derm that may help you find the best supplements for you. If you take them it does take typically 6 months to see any results on hair and nails.

Tincture of time: You can try either of the products you mentioned, but in general, once hair shafts are damaged they will stay damaged until you grow your hair out. So stop applying chemicals, or at very least use something less harsh, and be very gentle with it (minimize brushing, blow drying, etc.) until new, healthy hair shafts can grow in.
