Increased Hair : Mix together equal parts turmeric, gram flour and water until it becomes a paste. Apply to hair and rub the cream off once it has dried. When applied consistently, turmeric and gram flour reduce and slow the growth of hair.

Hair removal: Epilation and threading are the most common ways of dealing with unwanted hair. You can have a dermatologist also laser it off but it takes several sessions.

Yes: Aromatherapy is good for boosting hair growth.
A recipe for all hair types and colors would be:
mix :1egg yoke, 1teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 3 drops of rosemary essential oil, 3 drops of ylang ylang.Massage the  mixture into damp hair , cover with shower cap, leave on for an hour .Shampoo out. If you want to enhance or lighten the
 hair  you may use 3 drops of roman chamomile and 1 drop lemon.

Hair growth.: The most natural would be to have your adrenals and ovaries taken out. But that leads to worse problems  My patients who have this problem learn to bleach their hair

To my knowledge there are no "natural methods" to help restore hair loss.

Healthy, active men tend to lose hair from about the mid-30's on and there are ways that can be helped. You could see your hairdresser or make an appointment to see a dermatologist.

No perfect treatment: Biotin is a vitamin that is found in small amounts in numerous foods.

Biotin is used for preventing and treating biotin deficiency associated with pregnancy, long-term tube feeding, malnutrition, and rapid weight loss. It is also used orally for hair loss, brittle nails, skin rash in infants.
There is no one perfect treatment for selective hair growth in scalp but you can seek help from skin doc.

None that I know: There are many products advertised when one looks on the internet for products to slow hair growth, but none of them have controlled studies.  A topical  Rx cream called Vaniqa (Eflornithine) is approved to slow regrowth facial hair but not for general use.   Pills that are available are mainly anti-androgen agents like spironolactone or finasteride,but are usually recommend for women with PCOS

Excess hair growth: Irregular periods and excess hair growth may be a sign of a hormonal imbalance.  In these conditions, there can be increased blood sugar, prediabetes or diabetes.  Dairy foods and foods that have high carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc) contribute to increased blood sugar and Insulin resistance.  If the irregular periods continue, an evaluation by a gynecologist is a must.
