Stop it: If you suspect that the natural product has caused it, you will need to stop using it.  Remember that not everything natural is good for you. For example, poison ivy/oak is likely as organic and natural as it comes (since no one tries to cultivate them or fertilize them with chemicals), yet it sensitizes over 90% of the people having direct contact with it.

It depends: The swollen lymph nodes and elevated white count could be because of an infection or an abnormality in the white blood cells.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria, viruses, cancers, etc.  When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  3 months requires evaluation.

Rashes: I wish I could give you a definitive answer, but unfortunately rashes are basically impossible to diagnose over the computer.  Best for you to see a dermatologist who specializes in skin disorders since this has been going on for a year now.  good luck.

R.O. Tumor: Enlarged or swollen lymph glands in groin not normal   The process is inflammatory or tumor.  Inflammatory nodes usually resolve and are tender arising from a site of inflammation usually on abdominal wall.  Must R.O. primary or metastatic tumor to nodes.  Check for skin lesions of lower abdominal wall, legs, or perianal region.  If no site found bx of node to consider followed by needed 
therapy.

You Need a check up: Please see a doctor.  Swollen lymph nodes could be sign of infetion, inflammation or cancer.  The question is simple: do you have fever, fatigue, losss of weight.....Waxing and waning nodes?  Increase in size?,  lymph nodes in other areas?....My answer is not meant  to get you worried, but rather to get you checked....

Several things: Infection and lymphoma are two possibilities. If you are sexually active, you should see your doctor for an std test that should include hiv, among others. This may also be lymphoma (hodkin's lymphoma has a peak of incidence in your age group). Other causes include sarcoidosis or other form of autoimmunigy. Go see your doctor!

Swollen glands: The real reason not to test is because the only good test is a needle aspiration or surgical excision, and no md wants to do that if it's not absolutely necessary. There are no specific blood tests for the causes of enlargement of lymph nodes, which is a very common symptom, usually just reflecting exposure to multiple, mostly viral infections of head, neck, and respiratory passages.
