Depends: Nasal drip can be from many causes.  Allergies are high on the list.  Some get this with cold weather.  Some get it with a cold.  Some a condition called vaso-motor rhinitis.  See your pcp or allergist and get checked.  Antihistamines may help.  Certain nasal sprays (atrovent) may help.  Nasal steroids may help.  You may need immunotherapy (allergy shots).  Avoid the cold.

Yes: I do not know of any medical reason to have the nasal walls removed if your nasal passages are normal.
Chronic cocaine use will erode the nasal passages. Not sure if that applies to you.
An Ear, Nose and Throat specialist would be the physician of choice to see.

NOT UNUSUAL: This time of the year, depending on where you live, moning due and rapid evaporation as the day warms up triggers nasal congestion, which triggers sinuses to drain in the back of your throat.

Yes, but: Yes, nasal lavage helps with many nasal symptoms including nasal drainage, allergy, secretions, sinus drainage, etc.
Nasal Comfort I think is no longer sold. Any OTC nasal lavage product would do the same.
If symptoms persist, see ENT doc.
Don't overuse decongestant nasal sprays.

Please ask your: Family to read my response. If  the scented candles make you ill (and many people are sensitive to them) then other people's use of them in your presence is in my opinion akin to abuse. Your family can discuss this with the family doctor to learn more. I am sorry that people in your home aren't listening to you.

Rhinitis: You may be suffering from atrophic rhinitis from chronic drug use, try a saline nasal spray and a saline gel, both over the counter to lubricate your nose, improve your congestion and stop the bleeding.
