Depends: You can buy a blackhead extractor at the drugstore  and gently press it over the blackhead until it pops out. If you can't get it out you will have to visit the doctor. Either the doctor can extract it or you might have to use a medicine like retin a (tretinoin) and slowly remove the layers of skin until it comes out.

Hope you are well?: Bleeding like you described is unusual. I hope you have managed to stop it with gentle pressure on the bleeding spot.
If the bleeding continues, you should go to the ER to find if you have any health problems which makes you more prone to bleeding.
