Nose bleed +: Obstruction.  Nasal cancer is rare.  If present it is likely to cause bloody nasal discharge, blockage of the affected nostril, pain and swelling.

It depends.: Many cases may be treated with surgery and radiation, while many others get surgery and chemotherapy.  These and other head and neck cancers are usually too advanced for curative surgery, etc., although some can be treated this way.  Those with metastatic or recurrent disease get palliative care with Cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil or paclitaxel.  The most common presentation has 35% 5 yr. Survival.

Sinus problems: Early nasal cancer symptoms are the same as sinus symptoms, and can include stuffiness, nose bleeds, headaches and facial pain. The symptoms can then progress to include facial numbness, eye pain or swelling, or a sore or lump in the nose that doesn't heal. The good news is that nasal cancer is uncommon, and sinus problems are much more likely!

Surgery,XRad,Chemo.: The three consistent modalities of treatment for these tumors are surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.  These can be given alone or in combination.  Surgery and chemotherapy, like Cisplatin or 5-fluorouracil or surgery and radiation are given for locally advanced disease, while local disease gets surgery and radiation.  Advanced/metastatic disease is treated by palliative chemo. Like paclitaxel.

No: A few viruses that create a cancer risk can get transmitted (notably some of the hpv strains); most people meet epstein-barr which causes some nasopharyngeal cancers but the cancer itself isn't contagious. Most nasal cancers are unconnected to any virus. Any special concerns, get with your physician.

Yes and no: It depends on the stage of cancer. In general chemotherapy can help but it is not always curative especially for advanced or recurrent cancers.  Early cancers have much better luck with combined use of radiation, surgery and chemotherapy. Once it has a recurrence then the cancer is rarely curable with the available chemotherapy drugs.

Probably not: Much more likely due to allergies (e.g. Dust mites, pollen, dander, etc); may be due to polyp (usually inflammatory, due to chronic allergies), can be due to infection (sinus). See your doc.
