May need rubber band: You need to see a cool-rectal surgeon for examination. This maybe treated with just a simple office rubber banding or may need excision.

Perhaps: Bleeding always needs an explanation! at age 27, an external hemorrhoid which has ruptured is quite likely, but the symptoms should go away in a week or so. If bleeding persists beyond this, or is accompanied by increasing pain, fever-go and see your doc asap.

Dysentery: Having bloody/mucous stool indicates an active inflammation or infection  in the colon, the cause of it may vary from bacterial, protozoal infection, inflammatory bowel disease. You need to have it checked out if the symptoms persist. See a gastroenterologist.

Not sure need exam: Your symptoms could be related to a number of things. Hemorrhoid should be one, rectocele or cystocele or rectal prolapse could cause a heavy feeling as well. You need a physical exam including a rectal exam to differentiate.

Shouldn't: Pepto bismal can cause the stool to become black because it contains bismuth. However, it should not cause thin stools. If you have chronic narrow stools -it is important to have this medically evaluated. Any major change to bowel habitus warrants assessment.

Yes: There is a wide variety. Some colon tumors get very large before ever causing any symptoms like narrow stools.  On the flip side, very small tumors can start bleeding and become symptomatic very early on.  Generally a larger tumor is worse.
