Get another opinion: "anatomically narrow angle" refers to the space in between the cornea and the iris being "crowded, " supposedly placing you at risk for an acute glaucoma attack. But evaluating an angle is an art. And if you are at risk, you may need a laser iridectomy (hole placed in your iris). Before proceeding with the laser surgery i would seek a second opinion from a glaucoma expert.

Few: With narrow angles, if you are in a darkened room and have circulating any drug with sympathetic nerve effect (adrenalin like), then you could have an acute attack but not likely.  The symptoms of an attack, should one occur, are eye pain, blur of vision, redness of the whites of the eye,  mid-dilated fixed pupil and sometimes abdominal pain.  
Very few drugs are at issue but clear with your doc.

Just know the symptoms: eye pain, vision drop, redness, fixed pupil.

Glaucoma: The angle is defined by the cornea and the iris.  If the angle is narrow, there is less space for aqueous fluid to leave the eye through an area called the trabecular meshwork.  A closed angle is completely blocked from aqueous egress.  The treatment for this is a simple laser procedure.  Contact your ophthalmologist if you are concerned about this condition.

Narrow drain: Narrow angle glaucoma refers to when the drain or trabecular meshwork of the eye is blocked visually when viewed.  In other words, there is scarring across the drain of the eye, or possibly a shallow anterior chamber (small eye) with a large lens makes the drain approach narrow with the iris up again the meshwork.  This is differentiated from open angle though mixed states exist.
