aleve (naproxen): 4 aleve (naproxen) pills are stronger than 15 mg meloxicam. 7.5 mg Meloxicam is safer than aleve (naproxen).

No: People respond differently to various nsaids. Some will find aleve (naproxen) is more effective and others will find that Meloxicam is better.

Maybe: The response to nsaids is individualized. One person may respond best to Naproxen and another to meloxicam.

Somewhat: They are both nsaids but they come from different base compounds. This is not unlike 2 different antibiotics.
