Train yourself first: There is a saying in medical school: "see one, do one, teach one".  It refers to medical procedures, of course, but equally to taking care of children.  Once you are comfortable reading your baby's cues, you can show them to the nanny; once you can do all the things she needs done, you can demonstrate them, too.  Above all, watch the nanny to make sure she can do it herself next time.

Be patient: Babies will frequently go through a period where they are attached to one parent (or the nanny) over another. It passes. Just keep showing her that you love her. It's not personal!

Personal boundaries: A lot of this depends on you, and what you ask the nanny to do. If the nanny is only there a couple hours, fine, no significant attachment. But if it's all day, this person is essentially a third parent, and it's important to not get jealous of bonds that they may form. If you trust your nanny to share your values, the child should be fine, and they will still love you and make strong bonds too.
