Your BMI IS 23.2: It is not a good idea to fast for whole week.I can only tell you that slim trim  and butta burn is not going to do anything and is a waste of money.
You do not need to loose weight as your bmi is 23.But if you do want to loose few pounds, do not go starvation route
cut down the total calories you consume, no sugars of any kind and reduce intake of carbsand exercise regularly at least 4 times a week.

i had an ultrasound done, and everything came out normal buti have mild murphy sign. can someone please explain to me what that is n if its dangerous?

Tender gallbladder: When the sonographer presses directly over the gallbladder, and the patient expresses pain, more than when the sonographer presses anywhere else, this is said to be a positive sonographic murphy sign. Technologist has benefit of visualizing gall bladder while placing pressure on gall bladder. Mild murphy sign is probably mild pain with maneuver. Sometimes sign of cholecystitis, inflammation of gb.

Hard to know: Without smelling it, impossible to say.  Urine odor is often dependent upon what you have eaten.  Ever smell urine after eating asparagus?  It probably means nothing at all but if it continues to worry you, go see your family doctor and get examined.

Nothing is safest: Most people would recommend only tylenol (acetaminophen) as "safe, " but others would say to avoid any chemicals/meds while pregnant. 

Physical therapy/exercise can help, while pregnant and after.  Can also use topical heat/cold.

The scoliosis might indicate that you have a functional spine posture that is an unconscious accommodation to a sacroiliac joint movement and ligament injury at the time of the fall.  See an osteopath or physiatrist specialist if it continues.  For now rest & warm soaks might be best to relieve muscle spasm.

Yes: If your lab work and ultra sound are normal i would not be worried. You wound feel the baby move until around 20 week or maybe longer.
