Nursing school: Wonderful goal.  Sounds like you are just about ready to graduate.  A guidance counselor at your high school will have information on various careers, including nursing.  Many folks today earn a BSN degree in a four year college,  LPN programs are about year, and RN programs 2 or 3 depending on the school which may be a community college.  Search various schools and read their material and apply.

Hello. : Hello. I think that the best way to know is to ask her about it. If her trauma from her abuse when she was young has caused issues or fears about intimacy that could make her reticent to connect with a man. Sometimes children who are home-schooled may lag in social skills compared with children who have have had more access to others. It may however, just be that dating is not a top priority for her right now. I don't believe that there is anything wrong by not dating by age 20; but with that said, if there are specific issues which are holding her back, it might be helpful for her to address them.
