can high bp cause tremors in my right hand? bp several times been measured at 180+/90.....can it also cause faintness and breathlessness?

HTN: Tremor is not usual due to just high BP. Other reasons need to be looked for. Some of ther symptoms you describe are concerning and can be due to your uncontrolled BP or effect to other organs due to HTN. You should contact your MD asap and if you are feeling unwell should seek care now. Best of luck.

Nails purple- at bas: These is typical in patient who have insufficient Oxygen exchange in the lungs. "Hypoxia" Has this occurred in the past? Did the general condition deteriorated ? like shortness of breath, weakness,  
Try not to use nail paint, so if appears again you will detect it easy.
You should see a Dr.and have an arterial test " Oxygen Saturation" normal is 95%. at sea level.

Other than chemical: agents, i worry about Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes,Vitamin B12 deficiency, Lichen planus, Syphilis andTopical agents, including hair dyes, solvents for false nails, varnish, and formaldehyde. See derm for answers
