Hair dye reaction: Clean under the nails with a soft toothbrush and mild soap and apply an otc Hydrocortisone cream as an antiflammatory.  
Wear gloves in the future.

Fungus vs dermatitis: This could be a tinea pedis(fungus infection of the skin) or a dermatitis of some type.  Over the counter cortisone creams and athletes foot cream could resolve this problem. If not, then make an appointment with your local podiatrist.

Toenails: Your medical history is complicated. The problem with your toenails has many possible causes have them evaluated by a dermatologist. It could be due to an infectious (bacterial or fungal) , or immunologic, or physical etiology. The burning may or may not be related to the cracking of your nails.

Often with ingrown: toenails the side of the nail needs to be removed and the nail matrix destroyed to allow a nail to grow out normally (if topical medication and cotton placed under ingrown nail edge doesn't work)
