Not directly: Don't see how the abdominal issues would tie in. High calcium and brain lesions could have a unifying diagnosis. Aphasia means problems with speech, which could go along with brain lesions. Stay with the work up to get to the bottom of this.

Many things: Needs a physical exam ; medical history to tell. Could be muscle pain, gastritis, pancreatitis, stomach ulcer, kidney stone, ovary, constipation, appendix, urinsry infectuon, etc, etc. Too many to guess without a physical exam ; much more info.

Pain: Right upper quadrant pain can be from the following: gallbladder, liver, right kidney, stomach, abdominal wall or your lower chest wall or lung.

Acute Abdomen: or not. Could be anything from Appendicitis to Gas to Diverticulitis. If not better see a Dr. ASAP- especially if your abdomen becomes tender to pressure, or you develop a fever.

Abd pain: You may have a sensitivity there that hasn't clinically shown up yet. If you were very tender then an ultrasound of the area might give some more info.  Early issues could be seen prior to a problem developing.

Abdominal pain: have you had a CT scan , urinalysis and blood tests to see what might be the cause of this pain.  I would try to see a doctor to see if these things can be done.  There are a lot of different conditions which can be on the right side of the abdomen.  So i would make sure you have a thorough exam for this problem.

See your doctor: Severe pain warrants an exam by a doctor.  We always worry about appendicitis with right sided abdominal pain.  If present, this requires operation.
