Should be safe: If you are asking about n-acetylcysteine, not a bad choice to indirectly affect CNS glutathione, which is the main free radical scavenger in the brain.  Cysteine causes GI distress, and glutathione does not cross the brain-blood barrier, but nac converts to cysteine once in spinal fluid.  Relatively safe and well tolerated and in medical food, cerefolin-nac.

YES: unless you are allergic to these medications. Should not affect your thyroid function.

Probably yes: It is impossible to say for certain, given the lack of research on this, but NAC has many health benefits and also increases glutathione, which is anti-inflammatory . 
I advise about 1200 mg of NAC/day- no point in limiting to every other day.

i took 2 caps of glutathione capsule in the morning and bc pills (marvelon) at night. is it ok to take glutathione capsule with an active ingredients of l- glutathione (300mg) alpha lipoic acid (80mg), nac (70mg) & milk thistle (30mg), vit c (20mg)?

: Have NO clue why at age 21 you would want to waste your money on most of the listed supplements.  Glutathione, even if a pure product, does not cross the brain-blood barrier, and has no real benefit.  N-acetyl cysteine does cross and converts to glutathione, but not clear you would need it unless you have a MTHFR genetic problem.  Unable to endorse your current program.

Pregnancy: A number of the supplements you mentioned are strong antioxidants and affect the redox potential in the cell.   The process of cellular differentiation has been shown to be influenced by the redox status of the cell. While it is likely that small amounts of the substances are ok, it is prudent to stick with your prenatal vitamins and avoid substances whose effects are not fully understood.

A protein.: Glutathione is a protein made up of three peptides that is synthesized by the body. It is significant because it is involved in a number of important biochemical pathways in the body. It helps to detoxify the body of certain substances, it is important in iron metabolism, is used in dna synthesis and repair, and regulates Nitric Oxide handling.

Not that I know of.: Glutathione is an antioxidant substance.  I know of no direct link between glutathione and development of cancer.  Some scientists and physicians propose that glutathione may be 'protective' against certain forms of cancer.  To my knowledge, this substance is poorly absorbed by the human GI tract, and the value of supplementation in the diet or as a drug is uncertain.  Ask your doc before taking.

Glutathione: Glutathione is a renewing antioxidant.  I give it as an I.V. push frequently.

Oral glutathione would be in a liquid and smells like rotten eggs!

For many people, taking N.A.C. (N-Acetylcholine), which is a precursor of glutathione, works great at pushing their glutathione levels.   Some people really need the I.V.
