There are a number: of unanswered questions here but I will go ahead and make a couple of comments. I don't think the timing of when to take your supplements is an issue. It would be unusual to have an antibiotic and painkillers that are only dosed twice a day, and if they were, they should be close to 12 hours apart. Nocolut, a progesterone, would only be once a day. Chronic back pain: In a female your age there is concern for pelvic girdle joint injury due to childbirth.  The best person to diagnose is an osteopath or a physiatrist.  They need to do a hands-on evaluation because the joint injury does not show up on x-ray or mri.  If this is the problem there are things that can be done to improve.
