is coq10 (ubiquinol 50 mg) safe for chf/ckd patient? was on statin, discontinued 6 months ago due to neuropathic issues, myoglobin in urine, but muscle loss persist. what is a good test for cariomyopathy and which specialist treats myog/muscle loss?

Myopathy: The myoglobin and muscle loss probably not from the cardiomyopathy, it could be from skeletal muscle, consider consulting with a Neurologist.

No: Half life of Clonazepam is 12 hours. If you can help it please do not take Clonazepam any more.

Depends : On the type of test . If by ua you mean urinalysis then no as this does not test for drugs.  Also standard urine drug screens don't test for tramadol either.  Though there are more specific prescription  drug urine testing that can detect tramadol.

i drank one beer at 4.5%abv at 2pm and need to ua by 10pm. will i fail my test?

Unlikely: Unlikely after 8 hours but I would increase your fluid intake and empty your bladder several times after the drink itself!

BTW URINE alcohol tests can be VERY SENSITIVE and thus the best bet is to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours bbefore the test!

Urinalysis: relevance depends on the type of symptoms and specimen.  A cathed specimen should not have blood in it.  If this is a clean catch it is common for women to have some blood in their urine.  Kidney stones and urinary tract infection can cause you to have some blood in your urine.

: If you're closely exposed to meth smoking, such secondary exposure to it can cause your body to interact with it and thus be detected in urine tests for several days depending upon the length and intensity of the exposure.
