NO YES NO: Most people with PCOS are too fat. Weight reduction helps, may even cure it. Weight control depends on a life-long commitment to exercise and a healthy, high-fiber, low-calorie diet. There is no diet specific to PCOS. Reduction of sugar is certainly part of this. Inositol is found in many foods, is of no value for PCOS. Inositol is for suckers. Spironolactone and metformin help PCOS.

"PCOS" ?'s: "Facial hair and thinning hair" may be signs of genetic predisposition, and do not conclusively indicate PCOS.  One "small cyst" is also not diagnostic of PCOS.  Ask your gyn about low does oral contraceptives, which is the preferred treatment even if PCOS is actually present. If/when pregnancy is desired, ovulation induction may assist in achieving pregnancy.
