No data.: Simethicone, or mylanta gas, has not been studied for adverse pregnancy effects. There is a similar agent that did not cause any adverse effects on rabbit pregnancies, though.

MYLANTA ingredients: Mylanta has 3 active ingredients :
aluminum hydroxide -antacid works by neutralizing protons (acid) and
magnesium hydroxide -antacid works by neutralizing protons (acid) and 
simethicone -antigas =is an anti-foaming agent that decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles (it does not stop gas from forming, however) usual dose: over 12 years: take 2-4 teaspoonfuls between meals.

Not at the same time: You can be taking both amoxicillin and Mylanta but they should be taken at least an hour apart. This is to be sure that there is adequate absorption of the amoxicillin. A good regimen would be to take the Mylanta either two hours before or one hour after taking the amoxicillin.

Yes: those two can be taken together.

However, if you reflux has not been controlled, you may need to be on a different medication.

Yes: Claritin is a brand name of loratadine, a second generation antihistaminic. Loratadine absorption is not affected if taken with foods, actually seems to be increased. Mixing with mylanta is not expected to be disadvantageous.

Find symptom's cause: Nausea may be GI-related (food poisoning, peptic disease, gastroparesis, due to biliary &amp; pancreatic disease, gas/bloat syndrome, small bowel problems. Consider "central" causes: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy,&amp; even reaction to stress. Antacids just neutralize acid.

Mylanta and Coreg (carvedilol): 67 year old lady with question about how to take her Coreg with Mylanta. This is an excellent question. 
Mylanta is calcium carbonate, when ingested simultaneously with carvedilol, it will block the absorption of carvedilol and lower levels. Therefore, take the Mylanta 2 full hours before taking your Coreg. Consult your pharmacist for all drug interactions. Good luck.
