Splint, NSAIA: It depends on a) related to an injury? B) is there swelling? C) does it hurt when you move it?  Is it on the radial (thumb) side or on the ulnar (small finger side)?  Is it the only joint involved? Are you over age 40?
The majority of wrist problems will quiet down with time and patience unless there is a ligament or significant cartilage injury.

Several things: This problem mandates a real-time (face-to-face) meeting with a doctor.  A history has to be taken along with a examination as well as labs and other tests.  Only after all this will your doctor be in a position to tell you what's wrong and what needs to be done to help you.

Checkup: You need an examination. The worst possibility is a septic joint. More likely you have a teno-synovitis (rheumatism) - perhaps a hypersensitivity reaction from the dye used. Alternatively, it could be unrelated. You may have a form of arthritis that needs to be determined. In any case, blood tests and possibly xrays would be helpful.

Wrist pain: So many things possible. The fact that is non trauma related makes you think of an inflammatory arthritis or crystal (gout) arthritis. Specific overuse problems such as dorsal compartment tenosynovitis. Hard to give specific answer without complete history and physical.

Wrist pain: Wrist pain has many possible causes. Please provide more details like whether there was any trauma or injury? Have you had this before? Is the wrist warm to touch or red or does it hurt to touch it even when not bending it? Do you have any history of pain in other joints or gout or other medical conditions? Arthritis.  : What you describe is a symptom of arthritis.  At your age there are several different types.  An infection in the joint, venereal disease,  reactive arthritis, are some of the more common.  Depending on your exam and other medical history there are many other types of arthritis which could be the cause.  I would recommend that if it has been there for more than a few days you see a doctor

one day a played a game intensively and my wrist starting hurting i didn't give it time to heal and it still hurts 6 months later do i have rsi. ? and if so is there a cure like if i leave it for a week wil the wrist pain stop.?

See Ortho doc: 6 months of painful wrist tells you this is not going to heal,on its own. I cannot tell if this is the original injury, or a re injury from your information. An exam will make the correct diagnosis, and the doc can instruct you if your ergonomics are continuing thus problem, 
Use a wrist splint for comfort, and topicals (think Voltaren gel, lidocaine patches or ointment) until you are seen.

Dequervain's tenosyn: Your history is classic for dequervain's tenosynovitis of the first extensor compartment this often responds well to a steroid injection. Sometimes surgical release is needed. See a hand surgeon!

Hand Surgery eval: Have a Hand or Orthopedic surgeon examine you and xray your wrist

Many possibilities: At the top of the list would be some form of wrist tendonitis but other possibilities would include latent injury such as unrecognized scaphoid fracture, ligament sprains, occult masses such as ganglia, avn of the lunate (kienbock's), and tfcc injury (though surely not a classic description). You should have a good exam with plain x-rays and possibly an mri. Best of luck.
