Yes: There a lot of blood vessels in the vagina. First time intercourse and rough sex can cause heavy bleeding.   If the bleeding doesn't slow down, see a doctor.

Episiotomy: The birth experience is scary to think about. If they do need to cut, it is the outside and will be done to avoid you ripping the tissues when the baby's head comes out. The will numb it with a local anesthesia, it is called an episiotomy. The doctors and their helpers will tell you to start to push when you are fully dilated and effaced (thinned out). Try to relax and enjoy the rest of your preg.

Use Vaseline: It should heal without anything if you keep the area clean wash with soap and water.And since it is caused by dryness and lack of lubrication, you can use vaseline or any other miisturiser to prevent it from happening again
if it persists or you feel it is getting infected you may use over the counter antibiotic cream like bacitracin.Since it is tiny it should heal if you keep it clean.

Have you had HSV?: I would want your obgyn to look at your "cuts" and culture them to see whether or not they could be a herpes infection.  Sometimes we have longstanding infections that act up with the immunosuppresion of pregnancy.

Irritation: Severe skin infections can leave excoriations. 

Using a paste like boudreauxs butt paste which will be in the diaper rash area can be used to coat the skin and give some relief. The boric acid in the paste can help with yeast as well. Use a panty liner tho as it can be messy.

Infection or trauma: This could be an infection with yeast, bacteria, or a virus, like herpes. It could be a reaction to perfume, dye, lubricant, or soaps, particularly dial or irish spring. If you've had intercourse recently, it could be traumatic tissue damage. Your doctor can do a test to look for bacteria, yeast or viruses.
