i recently recieved a shot in my upper left arm, and now the back of my arm is really swollen under the skin. there was pain, now it is just tender. ?

Any time: You go from the skin inside the body, there is a risk of infection.  You should see your doctor and make sure there is no infection.  Also, you can sometimes get a little bruising around the injection.  Lastly, depending upon what was injected, the substance could be causing a reaction.

ive recently got a spider bite, it caused a white hard ball to come out. it has healed but now there is still something under the skin and its starting to feel sore when i lay on it. what should i do?

Skin infection : Skin infections may need antibiotics and if not improved sometimes need to be opened and drained.

Infection: Now that you area surgeon: you must have your ear examined, evaluated and treated with antibiotic therapy: NO POPPING!-get seen ASAP!

Get it evaluated: This may be a lymph node. I can't be certain. You need to see your physician and get an an evaluation.  It may be necessary to biopsy it

: Any mass within or on the scrotum requires an examination and potentially imaging to determine if it is a benign condition (hydrocele/varicocele) or something more serious. Since it is not painful, it is not torsion.The Dr will palpate the region to get an idea of whether the mass is superficial or somehow related to the testes. They may utilize an ultrasound to better visualize the area.

Lump in lip: The two things you describe are probably unrelated. You might be feeling some normal or inflamed glandular tissue or it might be something else. This would need to be examined and evaluated by a dentist so call and make an appointment.

red blotchy rash on arms and legs could be due to many causes. If it is due to an allergic or immune reaction, it may be hives. If the rashes are on the exposed areas of the arms and legs only, it is more likely due to insect bites, such as mosquitos and flees. Contact allergy is another consideration. If the rash persists, please visit your doctor.

Scar tissue: Recent change in exercise or activity can cause pain and pulling from the scar tissue around an old incision and is the most likely cause. If ice and heat don't relieve pain or broken blood vessels spread, an evaluation by a doctor is recommended
